Client IT outsourcing

Requirement Team of 11 technical engineers across 3 sites – 1 in London and 2 in the Midlands

Result We were given 72 hours to resource this project. Not only did we fill all the roles, we also managed the teams and co-ordinated all the technical reports – offering full project accountability from concept to completion.

Client Financial services

Requirement Head of IT – but the client was unsure of the right background requirement – IT Director or Manager, Project Manager etc. We were given a set of core responsibilities and an approximate job description, plus the need for the candidates to have commercial focus and a financial services background.

Result For first interview stage, we offered a range of management professionals with varied experience. This helped the client to narrow the search and identify the right fit for their business. Through database searching, networking/referrals, advertising and a very intensive headhunting campaign, we delivered high calibre candidates for the second phase. The Head of IT was successfully appointed.

Client Start-up media and entertainment company

Requirement Contractors and permanent staff

Result As a new business, there was a need to offer a flexible approach, while determining the right cultural fit and technical requirements for permanent staff. So, we sourced highly skilled contractors, followed by permanent staff.

Client Public sector health

Requirement Web Services Project team for two year assignment

Result With a tight timescale and budget, we worked with the Programme Director to source all members of the team, from Web Manager to Web Administrator. The project team achieved national acclaim for their results, and consequently some of their practices are being rolled out nationally within the NHS.
