Adam Tolley, the owner of STK, has earned his stripes the hard way. He started his career within the media industry, working in a high pressured sales role – a tough gig, as anyone who has tried it knows!
From there, he entered into the recruitment industry. Initially, he was responsible for recruiting sales professionals – another hugely challenging environment. Adam moved on to work for a dedicated IT recruitment agency back in 1998. He became the highest achieving sales person and regularly won awards and recognition. In 2003 he moved to STK and took ownership of the business in 2005, and he hasn’t looked back since.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys a wide range of sports and spending time with his wife and children.
